Refund policy

Club Foreign is a high-demand, limited-release brand. To maintain the integrity of our drops and ensure every customer receives a pristine garment, we enforce a strict 14-day exchange policy or store credit. No returns.

The Process:

• The Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange request via our portal or email (shop@clubforeign.com).

• Pre-Authorization: To prevent fraud, you must upload 3 photos of the garment showing its current condition. Once reviewed by our team, your return will be authorized.

• The Inspection: All returns are manually inspected. Items must be in deadstock condition: unwashed, unworn, scent-free, and free of any hair, lint, or debris.

The "Anti-Hustle" Clause:

"Club Foreign reserves the right to refuse any exchange items that shows signs of wear, including but not limited to: perfume/detergent scents, deodorant marks, or stretched fabric. If an exchange is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense, or disposed of if shipping is not paid."

Final Sale Items:

• Items purchased during "Archive Sales" or marked "Final Drop" are not eligible for return.

• International orders are final sale.
