1. The "Drop" & Anti-Bot Policy

  • Finality of Sale: Due to the nature of limited-release "drops," an order is only confirmed once it has passed our internal fraud and bot-detection sweep.

  • Anti-Bot Clause: Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or multiple-account proxies to circumvent purchase limits is strictly prohibited. ClubForeign.co reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of bot activity without prior notice. A 3% processing fee may be withheld from canceled bot orders to cover platform costs.

2. Intellectual Property & "Transformative" Works

  • All designs, graphics (including the "Diplomats" capsule motifs), and logos are the exclusive property of ClubForeign.co.

  • Our designs may incorporate "transformative" artistic commentary on cultural icons. These are original works of parody/homage and do not imply affiliation with any third-party brands or estates.

3. Purchase for Personal Use Only

  • Items are sold for personal use only. ClubForeign.co does not authorize the purchase of goods for commercial resale. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, per household, or per order.

4. Dispute Resolution (The "Kill" Switch)

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from your purchase shall be settled via individual binding arbitration in Jersey City,NJ, rather than in court.

  • Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You agree to resolve all disputes on an individual basis only.

5. Privacy & Data (2026 Compliance)

  • State Law Compliance: We comply with the CCPA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), and the 2026 Privacy Acts of Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): clubforeign.co automatically detects and honors GPC "Do Not Track" signals.

  • ADMT Disclosure: We may use automated technology to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent transactions. You have the right to opt-out of automated profiling via our Privacy Portal.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ClubForeign.co is not liable for "perceived value" loss if an item’s secondary market price drops, nor are we liable for delivery delays caused by global supply chain volatility or carrier strikes.

8. User Generated Content

  • By posting, tagging (@ClubForeign.co), or uploading content (including but not limited to photos, videos, or Discord messages) featuring Club Foreign products, you grant ClubForeign.co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content globally in any media (including social media ads, email marketing, and clubforeign.co). You represent that you own all rights to the content and that our use will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

9. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order on clubforeign.co, you agree to our full [Shipping Policy]. You acknowledge that processing times may increase to 10+ business days during high-volume drops. Club Foreign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked 'Delivered' by the carrier. International customers are solely responsible for all duties and taxes (DDU).

10. Returns, Refunds, & The 7-Day Rule

All purchases are subject to our [Return Policy]. Specifically, you agree that:

  1. You have exactly 7 days from delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Items must be in Deadstock Condition (no scents, marks, or signs of wear).

  3. A $9.00 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from all authorized returns using our pre-paid label.

  4. Club Foreign reserves the sole discretion to deny returns that do not meet our quality standards.
