Zip it all the way up and the hood becomes the eagle. The face lands across the front panels — sharp eyes either side of the zip, beak splitting down the center — with the feathering carrying over the crown and down the back of the hood.

The wings run the sleeves, full length from shoulder to cuff, screen printed in matte tonal grey so they sit just above the fabric without breaking the blackout.

Logos are embroidered, front and back. The chest carries the winged DIPLOMATS crest with crossed pistols on the right and the THE SET wordmark on the left. The back scales that crest up large — HARLEM and WORLD banners at the wings, the raised DIPLOMATS wordmark, crossed pistols and fanned tail feathers below. All stitched tonal black on black, so the design reads through texture and shadow rather than contrast.

Behind the embroidery, a ghosted line-art layer runs the full body: angels, roses, Liberty, and script barely surfacing out of the black. You only see it in the right light. That's the point.

Built on heavyweight brushed fleece with a slightly oversized boxy cut. Full-length metal zip, double-lined hood, split kangaroo pockets, ribbed cuffs and hem.
