Everything on this hoodie is embroidered. Black thread on black fleece, front to back, so the entire design lives in texture — you read it by the way light catches the raised stitching, not by contrast.
The front keeps it restrained: the THE SET wordmark stitched at the left chest in outlined block type, and the winged DIPLOMATS crest with crossed pistols on the right.
The back opens up. The Harlem World eagle in full scale — wings spread wide with every feather individually stitched, HARLEM and WORLD banners arcing at the shoulders, the raised DIPLOMATS wordmark across the center, crossed pistols and fanned tail feathers below.
Both sleeves carry full-length embroidered wings, running shoulder to cuff in dense directional stitch. This is the detail that takes the piece from clean to serious — and the reason it holds up close.
Built on heavyweight brushed fleece with a slightly oversized boxy cut. Double-lined hood, kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem. Substantial weight, soft hand, no stiffness at the embroidery.
